SHIPPING POLICY

RM WESTERN ships Australia-wide. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days from dispatch.
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days from dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 10-20 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
