Refund & Return Policy

At RM Western, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item is defective, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide a solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

We comply with all consumer guarantees. If a product has a major problem (for example it is unsafe, has a serious fault, or is very different from the description), you may choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or items purchased on sale.

Conditions for returns

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Made-to-order or custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return shipping

- If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In any other approved case, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to start a return

1. Email us at RMW@realmgroup.global with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will let you know the outcome and process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.
